MEET OUR FOUNDERS.
PFSpark was founded and is owned/operated by Matthew and Katy Petit-Frere. Matthew is a Haitian-Jamaican, who was born in Michigan, raised in Haiti, and eventually landed in Dallas, where he met Katy. She was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, and is a dance instructor/choreographer. Matthew is the brain and muscle behind the multimedia aspect of PFSpark, and is especially skilled as a videographer. Katy brought her own creative spark, if you will, with her passion for directing films, dancing, and seeing dreams come to life.
